摘　　要：目前理论界对区域内人力资源租赁研究较少。构建人力资源租赁分配理论模型和实用简化模型,运用数学软件进行优化处理,可以确保用户单位满意度最大化和人力资源租赁公司利润最大化。The present theoretical research on regional human resources renting is little. The construction of theoretical and practically simplified mode of human resources renting distribution and the application of optimized treatment with mathematical software can guarantee the maximum satisfaction of consumers and maximum profit of human resources renting company.
