摘　　要：测量了延边地区２００名健康朝鲜族（男１００名，女１００名）和１６８名健康汉族（男１００名，女６８名）的正常头部ＣＴ片，测量项目为７项，计算４项指数，做了Ｕ检验．结果表明，汉族男性和朝鲜族男性的测量项目和脑室指数的差别无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５），朝鲜族女性的头颅最大内横径和两顶间距离大于汉族女性（Ｐ＜０．０１）．The head CT photographs of 200 Korean and 168 Chinese in Yanbian district were measured with 7 items and calculated out 4 indices.The measurements and indices of male and female were compared by means of U test.The results enunciated that the measurement of items and cerebral ventricle indices showed no significant difference between Korean and Chinese in male (P>0.05).While the maximum cranial transversal diameter and maximum cranial breadth in female Korean were larger than those in female Chinese (P<0.01).
