摘  要:应用急性毒性试验方法,研究了可控生态条件下不同密度的东海原甲藻(Prorocentrum donghaiense Lu)、赤潮异弯藻(Heterosigma akashiwo Hada)和塔玛亚历山大藻(Alexandrium tamarense Balech)对褶皱臂尾轮虫(Brachionus plicatilis)的致死率和种群增长参数的影响.结果表明,东海原甲藻、赤潮异弯藻和塔玛亚历山大藻对褶皱臂尾轮虫24 h的LC50分别为3.56、1.21和0.49(×104cells/mL);3种赤潮藻在对褶皱臂尾轮虫的致毒过程中均表现了明显的密度效应;104cells/mL的东海原甲藻藻体,105cells/mL的赤潮异弯藻滤液和藻内容物以及103cells/mL的塔玛亚历山大藻滤液、藻内容物和藻体对褶皱臂尾轮虫有显著的抑制效应,且抑制作用随藻密度的增加而增强.Acute toxicity testing method was used to study cffccts of different density of Prorocentrum donghaiense, Heterosigma akashiwo and Alexandrium tamarense on mortality rates and population srowth parameter of Brachlonus plicatilis under controlled experimental conditions. Results showed that 24 h LC50 values of Prorocentrum donghalense, Heterosigma akashiwo and Alexandrium tamarense treatment to mortality rate of Brachionus plicatilis were 3.56, 1.21 and 0.49 ( × 10^4 cells/mL) respectively. Marked density effects were presented when three species of red tide microalga showed their toxicity to Brachionus plieatilis. There were significant inhibitory effects on Brachionus plicatilis when it was exposed to cells of Prorocentrum donghaiense at the concentration of 10^4 cells/mL, filtrate and cell contents of Heterosigma akashiwo at the concentration of 10^5 cells/mL, and cells, filtrate and cell contents of Alexandrium tamarense at the concentration of 10^3 cells/mL respectively. Inhibitory effects of three species of microalga on Brachionus plicatilis were enhanced with increasing of microalgal density.
