摘　　要：文中针对空中红外弱小目标的特性，对其检测、识别方法进行讨论，提出一种背景预测的思想方法，并讨论其在空中红外目标的检测、识别等问题中的应用前景。文中附有作者利用这种思想编制的程序对空中弱小目标的单帧检测、识别的结果，该算法已移植到DSP硬件信号处理器上，并通过实验取得了很好的效果。According to the features of infrared small and weak targets in the sky, after discussing the detecting and acquiring method to them, a new method called background forecast and its application foreground in this field was put forward in the paper. The result of computer imitation is applied also. This new method was transplanted to the DSP signal procession device and showed good result.
