摘 要:锅炉运行中飞灰含碳量偏高会引起锅炉效率降低、经济性下降,针对某热电厂220 t/h1#锅炉含碳量偏高原因进行了分析,提出了对燃烧器进行改造,在对角两个下一次风喷嘴内加装钝体,在丙、丁角下一次风管内加装浓淡分离器,四个三次风方型风门改为圆形风门。改造后,锅炉燃烧工况得到了较大的改善,飞灰可燃物由原来的10%左右降低到4%左右,锅炉效率提高了2.9%,提高了锅炉经济性,具有很好的应用价值。Boiler efficiency and economy declining can be caused by the higher carbon contain of fly-ash in boiler operation. The cause of 220 t/h boiler of Yuancun Thermal Power Plant is analyzed. The burners transformation is put forward, dulls are installed in the nozzle of two diagonal lower primary air ,concentrated-diluted separators are assembled in the lower primary air tube in the third and fourth angle, four tertiary air square throttles are retrofitted into round throttle. After transformation ,the boiler combustion conditions are improved ,fly ash fuel is lower from about 10 percent to around 4 percent,boiler efficiency is increasing 2.9 percent,the economy of boiler is increasing.
