摘 要:目的动物实验观察异搏定注射液对腹膜透析效能的影响,并初步探讨其作用机理。方法将48只SD大鼠平均分为单纯腹透组、异搏定低、中、高剂量组4组,观察不同剂量异搏定加入腹透液对大鼠血尿素、肌酐、透析液尿素氮、肌酐、尿素氮D/P值、肌酐D/P值、排液量及透出液蛋白质浓度的影响。结果异搏定中、高剂量能明显降低透析大鼠血中肌酐和尿素氮含量,升高透析液中肌酐和尿素氮含量,升高BUND/P、CrD/P,中剂量能增加的排液量,但对透出液蛋白质浓度无明显影响。结论异搏定注射液确能提高大鼠腹膜透析效能,提高小分子物质的清除率,对透出液中蛋白质浓度无明显影响,其作用与增加超滤量与腹膜毛细血管血流量均有关。Objective To observe the influence of verapamil injection on efficiency of peritoneal dialysis and make an inquiry into the mechanism by animal experiment.Methods 48 SD rats were randomly divided into four groups,the simple dialysis group,verapamil low, middle and high dose group. After treated with three different dose verapamil contained dialysate,the influence of BUN and Cr in blood,BUN and Cr in peritoneal dialysis,BUN D/P ,Cr D/P, drainage amount and protein density of dialysate were observed.Results BUN and Cr in blood were lowered in the middle and high dose verapamil groups, BUN,Cr in dialysate and BUN D/P,Cr D/P were increased in the middle and high dose verapamil groups, while drainage amount were added in the middle dose verapamil groups, but the protein density of dialysate were not different with that of the simple dialysis group.Conclusion Verapamil can enhance the effi ciency of peritoneal dialysis in rats and increase the clearance of smallmolecule substance,without influencing the protein density of dialysate.The mechanism may relevant to the more uhrafihration and the peritomeal blood flluence amount.
