摘  要:系统介绍一双制冷系统软冰淇淋机的结构与运行特点,为设计和操作人员避免或排除运行故障提供帮助。对软冰淇淋机在运行中常见的空气/奶浆混合泵压力控制开关短路,冻缸,产品不能成形或成形不理想,原料缸温度下降缓慢等故障现象进行了分析。认为规范安装和操作、定期检修、定期更换易损件,是保证设备的正常运转的前提,同时提出相应的故障排除方法。The structure and operation characteristics of a soft ice cream machine with two refrigeration systems are introduced in the paper so as to help the design and operating personnel to avoid and/or eliminate the malfunction; The operating malfunctions including the short circuit of the pressure control switch in air/milk mix pump, cylinder freeze-up, product formation failure, and the delaying temperature drop in mix tank are analyzed; It is considered that the proper installation and regular operation, periodic examine and repair were the guarantee to trouble-free operation. Some malfunction elimination methods are also put forward.
