创造性地理解和使用教材对教师的要求

摘　　要：创造性地理解和使用教材是新课标对教师提出的重要理念之一,要落实这一理念,首先教师要改变观念,其次教师要更新知识结构,第三教师要提高综合素养。三个方面共同构建教师能力的全面提升,从而实现对教材的创造性理解和使用。That creativeness understands and uses teaching material is that new class is labeled with one of the important request suggesting that to the teacher , need to realize this one request, the teacher needs to change concept first , the teacher needs to renew self＇ s knowledge structure secondly , third teachers need to improve synthetical accomplishment. Three aspect structures all - round teacher ability lifting commonly , the creativeness coming true thereby to teaching material understands that and is put into use.
