摘  要:[目的]研究几种中草药的抗氧化性,为天然抗氧化剂的开发及应用提供参考。[方法]采用索氏提取法分别用乙醇和水作为溶剂对5种常见清热解毒中草药(连翘、黄柏、蒲公英、黄芩、紫花地丁)的抗氧化性成分进行有效提取,并进行还原能力的测定和总酚含量的测定。[结果]结果表明,乙醇提取物的抗氧化能力的大小顺序为:连翘>黄柏>蒲公英>黄芩>紫花地丁,水提取物的抗氧化能力的大小顺序为:黄柏>连翘>蒲公英>黄芩>紫花地丁。这5种中草药的抗氧化性不全是由酚类物质起主导作用。2种测定方法对抗氧化性的测定结果有很大的相关性,可相互验证。[结论]得出了5种中草药在相同条件下的抗氧化性大小,为今后天然抗氧化剂的开发合成及应用奠定了基础。[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the reducing power of anti-oxidation constituents of several Chinese herbal medicines and their total phenols content and provide the references for the natural antio-xidant development and application. [Method] The anti-oxidant ac- tivity ingredients of the 5 common clearing heat and antidotal Chinese herbal medicine [ Forsythia suspense (Thunb.), phellodendron, dandelion, Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. , Viola philippcia Cav. ] were extracted effectively by soxhlet extraction method with ethanol and water using as solvents respectively, and their reduction of capacity and total phenol content were determined. [ Result] The results showed that the anti- oxidation ability of ethanol extract was as follow: Forsythia suspense (Thunb.) 〉 phellodendron 〉 dandelion 〉 Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. 〉 Viola philippcia Cav. , and that of water extract was as follow: Phellodendron 〉 Forsythia suspense( Thunb. ) 〉 dandelion 〉 Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. 〉 Viola philippcia Car.. The ability of the 5 herbal medicines anti-oxidation do not totally depend on the hydroxybenzene -like materials. The results of the anti-oxidation measured by the two methods had correlation and could be validated each other. [ Conclusion] The ability of anti-oxidation of the 5 herbal medicines was compared under the same condition, providing the basis for the exploration, synthesis and application of natural anti-oxidant.
