摘　　要：论述了我国食花的历史,分析了我国食用和药用花卉的市场前景、开发方向、开发优势和面临的挑战。举例说明了常见花卉的主要保健和药用功能,指出我国的食用、药用花卉和花卉食品、药品必将成为有活力的产业之一。Abstract The history of anthophagy was summarized and market prospect, development direction, development advantages and challenges of China＇s edible and medicinal flowers were analyzed in this essay. The main health protection and medicine function was illustrated. It was pointed out that China＇ s edible and medicinal flowers and flower foodstuff will be one of the mast great-hearted industry.
