摘　　要：本文介绍了聘用制人员以组建预备役卫生营和储备支前卫生骨干的形式,纳入卫勤力量的实践。并阐述聘用制人员的卫勤训练形式和特点,探讨了聘用制人员纳入卫勤力量体系的做法。The author introduced the mode and experience that brought employee staff into system of military medical service force, and then proposed the organization form, the content and characteristics of training of this mode which can strengthen the construction of medical service force in support. At last the necessaries of this mode were discussed.
