摘 要:为改进输墨系统性能,优化墨路结构,分析了单张纸胶印机中普遍采用的间歇传墨式输墨系统结构特点,对传墨辊和着墨辊上的油墨转移方程进行了修正,对输墨系统进行了仿真,并通过实验对输墨系统的动态特性进行了测定。研究表明,输墨系统的墨辊排列形式对系统的响应时间和稳定时间均有很大影响;传墨辊的摆动、串墨辊的串动以及印刷滚筒的空档对墨层厚度有较大影响,在目前单张纸胶印机上无法消除串墨辊串动和印刷滚筒空档的前提下,采用连续传墨的结构形式,将会在一定程度上缩短系统的稳定时间,稳定印刷质量。In order to improving the properties and optimizing the structure of inking system, structure feature of intermittent transferring inking system used in sheet-fed offset printing press was analyzed, the ink transferring equations were corrected, computer simulation model for the system was established, finally printing experiment was performed for testing the dynamic feature of inking system. This research indicates that the roller arrangement of inking system has influence on the responding time and stabilizing time, and so do the swinging of transferring roller, the vibration of vibrating roller and the gap of printing cylinder. So the structure of continuous ink transferring instead of intermittent structure will shorten the stabilizing time to some extent when the vibration of vibrating roller and cylinder' s gap cannot be eliminated in the sheet-fed offset press today.
