调经祛斑片薄层色谱鉴别和含量测定方法的研究

摘　　要：目的建立调经祛斑片的质量控制方法。方法用薄层鉴别法对当归、白芍、墨旱莲进行定性鉴别,用高效液相色谱法对芍药苷进行含量测定。结果通过方法学考察,芍药苷的进样量在0.1～2.0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系。其平均加样回收率(n=9)为99.12%,RSD=0.63%。结论薄层鉴别专属性强,分离度好,含量测定方法简便准确,灵敏度高,可有效控制调经祛斑片的质量。Objective To establish a method for the quality control of Tiaojingquban tablet. Methods Chinese herbaceous peony,Angelica sinensis, yerbadetajo herb were examined by thin-layer chromatography （TLC） and content of Chinese herbaceous peony glucoside in Tiaojingquban tablet was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）. Results The methodological study showed that a good linear correlation existed in the range from 0.1 μg to 2.0 μg of the paeoniflorin. The average recovery rate of paeoniflorin （n = 9） was 99.12% and relative standard deviation （RSD） was 0.63%. Conclusion A stable and convenient method for eontroling the quality of Tiaojingquban tablets is developed.
