抑癌基因DPC4蛋白在甲状腺癌组织中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的探讨DPC4基因在甲状腺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测30例甲状腺癌组织和30例正常甲状腺组织中DPC4蛋白的表达情况。结果甲状腺癌组织DPC4蛋白的阳性表达率明显低于甲状腺正常组织,DPC4蛋白的表达与甲状腺癌的TNM分期、淋巴结转移、病理分型呈负相关。结论DPC4蛋白表达的降低在甲状腺癌的发生和转移过程中起重要作用。Objective To study the expression of DPC4 in human thyroid carcinoma specimens and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistoehemical SP method was used to detect the expressions of DPC4 in 30 tissues of thyroid carcinoma and 30 tissues of normal thyroid. Results The expression of DPC4 protein in tissues of thyroid carcinoma was obviously lower than that of normal thyroid tissues. The expression of DPCA was reversely related to the clinic TNM stage, the lymph node metastasis and the type of pathology. Conclusion Low-expression of DPC4 protein plays an important role in occurrence and metastasis of thyroid carcinoma.
