双眼视觉训练对屈光不正及屈光参差性弱视的疗效观察  被引量:6

摘  要:目的探讨双眼视觉训练在弱视治疗中的作用。方法治疗组60例102眼,对照组56例96眼,年龄4~12岁。2组均进行规范的屈光不正矫正,屈光参差患者同时进行遮盖治疗,均采用红光闪烁、光栅刺激、视标训练等综合方法,治疗组联合应用同视机以及网络版多媒体训练系统进行双眼视功能训练。结果治疗组患儿的弱视治愈时间(33.90±14.59)d及立体视恢复时间(23.66±12.66)d较对照组[(51.13±19.18)d、(42.65±14.13)d]明显缩短,治愈率(80.39%)及立体视恢复率(84.31%)较对照组(65.63%、64.58%)明显提高,回退率(6.67%)较对照组(21.43%)明显降低,与对照组比较差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论双眼视功能训练是弱视较为理想的治疗方法,可以明显缩短治疗时间,提高治愈率及立体视恢复率,降低回退率。Objective To evaluate the fimction of the binocular visual acuity in the treatment of amblyopia. Methods The treatment group was with 60 cases (102 amblyopic eyes);The control group was with 56 cases (96 amblyopic eyes). Age of all cases was ranging from 4 to 12 years old. Both groups were treated with standard correction of refractive errors, combined treatment with red sprinkle,grating stimulation and visual acuity training, and anisometropic patients also carried on shade therapy. Treatment group was also applicated with synoptophore and networking multimedia training system to train visual acuity. Resuits In treatment group, the curing time for amplyopia (33.90 ± 14.59) days and recovery time of stereoscopic vision ( 23.66 ± 12.66 ) days shorted significantly, when compared with (51. 13 ± 19. 18) d, (42.65 ± 14. 13)d,in control group, and the basic recovery rate (80. 39% ) and the stereoacuity normal rate ( 84.31% ) improved obviously when compared with (65. 63%, 64. 58% ), respectively, in control group, and rollback rate (6. 67% ) decreased compared with 21.43% of control group. Compared with the control group, there was significant difference ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The binocular visual acuity training is useful to improve the basic recovery rate of amblyopia, to shorten cure course and to establish and strengthen stereoscopic vision.
