柠檬提取物抗变形链球菌附着作用的研究

摘　　要：目的探究天然植物成分(柠檬提取物LPE)对变形链球菌在光滑玻璃表面粘附作用的影响。为开发新型、天然、无毒副作用的口腔局部抑菌剂、预防和控制口腔疾病特别是龋病的发生和发展提供依据。方法利用细菌附着物洗脱液培养菌落记数方法,检测不同浓度的柠檬提取物对变形链球菌在光滑玻璃表面附着作用的抑制效应;利用扫描电镜观察柠檬提取物对变形链球菌附着形态的影响。结果柠檬提取物稀释51200倍仍对变形链球菌黏附有抑制作用(P<0.05)。结论LPE具有抑制变形链球菌在光滑玻璃表面黏附的作用。Objective To investigate the anti -adhesive effect of lemon peel extracts （LPE） on streptococcus mutans （ S. mutans ） to the smooth glass surface. Methods Different concentration of LPE was add to the culture medium, S. mutans were cultivated with glass rod at 37~C for 24 hours. After washing the glass rod, the rinse was cultivated for another 24 hours and the colony forming unit （efu） was counted. Results After diluted by 51200 times , the LPE still inhibited the adhesion of S. mutans to the glass rod surface （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Lemon peel extracts have the anti - adhesive effect on S. mutans to the smooth galss surface.
