摘　　要：目的探索大鼠发生糖尿病后对其牙周组织的影响。方法建立糖尿病大鼠动物模型,分别在1、3和6个月三个不同时期,用光镜观察和免疫组织化学染色方法研究大鼠的牙周组织改变。结果糖尿病大鼠1个月时即有牙槽骨的吸收破坏,3个月至6个月时骨吸收范围扩大,牙周纤维排列紊乱和断裂。骨吸收仅位于牙槽骨侧,而牙体侧牙骨质和牙周膜无破坏。结论大鼠在发生糖尿病后,出现特异性牙槽骨吸收为主要特征的病理性改变。Objective To investigate the periodontal alteration in diabetes rats. Methods Periodontal alteration of 1, 3 and 6 months diabetic rats was observed and studied by means of light microscopy and immunohistochemical staining. Results The absorption and the destruction of the alveolar bone were shown in 1 month diabetic rats, while the absorption of the alveolar bones were extended, and the periodontal ligaments were disturbed and broken in 3 and 6 months diabetic rats. The Haversion＇s system even the medullary cavity of the alveolar bone were damaged. However, the bone absorption was only in the side of the alveolar bone, the cementum and the periodontal ligaments in the side of the cementum were not affected. Conclusion The special alveolar bone absorption was found in the diabetic rats.
