摘 要:目的研究陶瓷表面离子交换处理对不同基核的后牙铸造陶瓷冠抗碎裂载荷的影响。方法16颗拔除的无龋坏磨牙进行标准基牙预备,以及自制金属代型、树脂代型、大小规格统一。制成厚度为1.5±0.1mm的Cerinate铸造陶瓷冠,上釉后对冠进行离子交换处理,以树脂粘固剂分别粘固于牙齿、金属代型、树脂代型上,垂直加压于全冠直至碎裂,经统计分析。结果离子交换处理后,粘固于牙齿上的铸造陶瓷冠的抗碎裂载荷明显高于粘固于金属代型、树脂代型上的(P<0.01)。结论离子交换处理可增加不同基核的铸造陶瓷冠的抗碎裂载荷。由于采用了树脂粘结剂材料,因此有利于提高铸造陶瓷冠与牙齿粘结后的整体强度。Objective To study the effect of ion - exchange treatment on the fracture resistance of posterior hot pressable ceramic crowns with different core supporting restorations. Methods 16 extracted human maxillary molars were regularly prepared and the prepared teeth were precisely reproduced with metal or resin core materials. The Cerinate hot pressable ceramic crows were manufactured according to the company's recommendations on these prepared teeth, metal or resin core reproductions with the same thickness values ( 1.5mm ± 0. 1mm) and were then treated with ion - exchange (crowns were treated with potassium salt at 450℃ for 11 hours) after glazing. After these treatments, the crowns were cemented onto the teeth and the different core materials with resin cement in combination with dentin bonding agent and were loaded in compression until failure. The failure loads were analyzed by one - way ANOVA. Results After ion exchange, the fracture load of the crowns bonded to teeth was significantly higher than those of the crowns bonded to the metal or resin core reproductions ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Ion exchange treatment can increase the fracture load of the Cerinate hot pressable ceramic crowns, regardless of their supporting materials (prepared teeth, metal or resin core materials).
