摘 要:目的通过Solitaire"超钻"与临床常用充填材料边缘微渗漏体外研究,为临床冠部充填选择封闭性能较好的材料提供依据。方法选择因正畸需要拔除无龋前磨牙50颗,随机分成5组。在每颗牙的颊侧制备盒状洞形,分别用Solitaire"超钻"、GK高铜银汞合金、Spectrum TPH、DyractAP复合体、FujiⅡGC5种不同材料充填。之后,将根尖孔封闭置于5℃和55℃水浴1分钟,交替进行100次。然后将标本置入配有2%亚甲基蓝溶液中,在恒温37℃下保存15小时后沿牙体长轴纵行剖开,在体视显微镜观察壁和龈壁染料渗入情况。结果Solitaire"超钻"在壁微渗漏最小、FujiⅡGC在龈壁微渗漏最小,Ag-Hg合金与其他四组相比较微渗漏都更为明显。结论Solitaire"超钻"与牙釉质层具有良好的粘结能力,是临床上修复牙冠部可以应用的较好充填材料。Objective To compare marginal microleakage of Solitaire with other common restorative materials in vitro. Methods Fifty premolar teeth without dental carries extracted because of orthodontic treatment were assigned into five groups randomly. The box cavities were prepared on the buccal surfaces of the premolars and then restored with five different restorative materials, including Spectrum TPH, Dyract AP, Solitaire, FujiⅡ GC, and GK amalgam. With the root foramen sealed after filling, the specimens were put in the 5℃ and 55℃ water and water bath respectively 1 minute in turn for 100 times. After the specimens put in the 2% methylene blue solution for 15 hours at 37℃, they were sectioned along the long axis of teeth. The depth of dyepenetration was measured under stereomicroscope. Results There were less microleakage in Solitaire and FujiⅡGC group comparing the other three groups. Conclusion Solitaire has a satisfactory adhesive ability to enamel and is a better restorative material.
