循环加载后牙本质粘结强度与界面纳米渗漏之间相关性的研究

摘  要:目的研究循环加载后三种牙本质粘结剂界面银渗漏面积与微拉伸粘结强度之间的相关性。方法36颗新鲜拔除的无龋第三磨牙垂直牙体长轴除去冠部釉质,在面制备盒型洞,随机分成3组,分别用粘结剂粘结Prime&BondNT(NT)、AdperPrompt(AP)、Contax,复合树脂充填。每组再随机分成实验组和对照组。实验组以50N大小的力进行循环加载。加载10000次。制备测试微拉伸粘结强度的条状试件。硝酸银染色。在拉力试验机上测定粘结强度,并用NlH图像分析软件量化计算界面的银沉积面积百分比。结果循环加载前,三种粘结剂的界面银渗漏面积与微拉伸粘结强度未表现出明显的相关性(P>0.05)。加载后,界面银渗漏面积与微拉伸强度表现出相关性(P<0.05)。结论循环加载使三种粘结剂界面的银渗漏面积的增大以及微拉伸粘结强度的降低,并且加载后界面的银渗漏面积与微拉伸粘结强度表现出显著的相关性。Objective To evaluate the correlation between microtensile bond strength (mTBS) and nanoleakage within resin - dentin interfaces of three dentin adhesives after cyclic mechanical loading. Methods The enamel of occlusal surfaces of 36 freshly extracted third molars without caries was removed perpendicularly to the long axis with a diamond bur under water. A box cavity was made in the occlusal surface. The 36 teeth were randomly divided into 3 groups. Prime&Bond NT (NT), Adper Prompt (AP) and Contax were applied to each group respectively. Each group was divided into 2 subgroups for trial and control respectively. The trial group was subjected to 50N force with 10000 cyclic mechanical loading. Matchstick - shaped samples through the bond interfaces were sectioned and stained with ammoniacal silver nitrate. Then the samples were subjected to the microtensile bond test at a cross - head speed of 1.0mm/min. NIH Image software was used to calculate the percentage of the deposition of silver in resin - dentin interfaces. Results The deposition of silver and microtensile bond strength had no correlation before cyclic mechanical loading ( P 〉 0.05 ). However, after cyclic mechanical loading, the deposition of silver and microtensile bond strength had a significant correlation ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Cyclic mechanical loading could increase the nanoleakage and decrease the microtensile bond strength of the three dentin adhesives. And the nanoleakage (the deposition of silver) and microtensile bond strength had a significant correlation after cyclic mechanical loading.
