电视纵隔镜在肺癌分期中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨电视纵隔镜在肺癌分期中的临床应用价值。方法对2003年5月至2008年5月开展的53例电视纵隔镜诊断肺癌纵隔淋巴结分期的手术病例进行回顾性分析。结果术前拟诊肺癌并有纵隔淋巴结肿大的53例患者,经纵隔镜淋巴结活检,发现21例有纵隔淋巴结转移,32例无转移,后者中的30例经开胸手术病理确诊为肺癌无纵隔淋巴结转移,其余2例不是肺癌;51例肺癌患者经纵隔镜淋巴结活检均获得准确的肺癌分期。所有手术无严重并发症发生。结论电视纵隔镜是肺癌纵隔淋巴结分期的准确、安全、可靠的检查方法。Objective To evaluate elinieal application of vedio- mediastinoseopy in staging of lung cancer. Methods To retrospectively analyze the 53 eases who were undergone vedio- mediastinoseopy operation for mediastinal staging of lung cancer from May 2004 to May 2008. Results 53 eases who were suspected lung cancer with enlarged mediastinal Iymph nodes,21 had metastatic lymph nodes and 32 had not;30 of the later got pathologie diagnosis that were lung cancer without mediastinal lymph nodes metastasis afer the direct operation, 2 were not lung cancer. All of the 51 lung cancer patients were accurately staged . All of the 53 eases received successful operations without severe postoperative complications. Conclusion Vedio- mediastinoseopy is a accurate, safe and reliable procedure for mediastinal staging of lung cancer.
