摘 要:通过非线性和复特征值分析对一盘式制动器系统进行了尖叫预测,得到了制动尖叫频率与尖叫倾向性。仿真结果表明制动块倒圆半径对尖叫倾向性有重要影响。利用CAE优化技术,将制动器尖叫倾向性作为优化目标,对倒圆半径进行了优化,成功将制动尖叫抑制在产品早期设计阶段。First Nonlinear static analysis and complex eigenvalue analysis are performed to predict the brake squeal frequency and squeal propensity. The numerical simulation shows that the fillet radius of the brake pad has significant influence to the squeal propensity. So the optimization whose objective is the squeal propensity is constructed with the help of the CAE optimization technology. Through the process above ,the suitable fillet radius of the pad is obtained and the brake squeal propensity declines successfully in the early of product design process.
