摘  要:产品概念设计方案对产品质量有决定性影响,为提高产品质量,产品概念设计方案鲁棒性研究就显得很有必要了。在分析公理设计理论的基础上,提出了基于公理设计的功能鲁棒性原理和补偿原理,用以提高设计方案的鲁棒性,并以全断面岩石掘进机(Full Face Rock Tunnel Boring Machine,TBM)主机概念设计为例进行了说明。实例结果表明,概念设计方案鲁棒性提高为后续设计和产品质量打下坚实基础,提高了产品的鲁棒性。Scheme of product conceptual design has crucial effect on the quality of product. To improve the quality of product,it is very necessary to research on the robustness of scheme. Based on ana- lyzed the theory of Axiomatic design,two theorems based on axiomatic design theory: robustness functions and robustness through compensation were proposed,and the mainframe conceptual design of Full Face Rock Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM)/s as an example to show the application. Results indicate that the improvement of robustness in conceptual design can give a stable foundation for next stage design and product quality,and improve the robustness of product.
