摘 要:利用MSC/NASTRAN软件中的CAP单元特性函数,根据压实轮和土壤的接触状态,建立了接触单元,解决了冲击式压实机压实轮和土的接触问题。通过试验得出了土的属性及应力应变变化规律曲线,利用该曲线定义了土的弹塑性单元,建立了压实轮压实效果有限元模型,模拟计算了两种不同外形压实轮的压实效果,对影响压实效果的因素进行了分析,为冲击式压实机压实轮设计提供了参考依据。Applying CAP element property function in MSC/NASTRAN software, contacting elements are established according to the contacting condition between compacting drum and soil so the problem to research the contact between compacting drum and soil for impact compactors is solved. Through tests, properties and stress/strain regularity curve of the soil are obtained. On the curve, elastoplastic elements of soil are defined and finite element model for compacting effect of compaction drum is set up. Compacting effects of two compaction drums of different profiles are calculated and simulated. Factors influencing compacting effects are analyzed. All these provide referential basis for the design of compaction drums on impact compactors.
