摘  要:传动系统是工程机械重要组成部分,其热损失不仅对系统的润滑和冷却有影响,而且对结构元件的工作强度也有很大影响。驱动桥是装载机的重要部件,负责向外输出动力,作为轮式装载机底盘传动系统的主要组成部分,其工作性能的好坏直接影响整机的工作性能,装载机进行铲装工作时后桥内各传动件循环作业、工作强度大,特别是驱动桥内湿式制动器制动次数频繁,短时间内产生大量的热,如果这些热量积累在桥箱内不能及时散发将导致桥箱过热甚至内部零件的破坏,因此有必要对驱动桥在一个循环作业周期的产热情况有一个全面了解,以确保其热工况问题圆满解决。针对ZL80型轮式装载机湿式后驱动桥使用过程中出现的桥壳温度烫手现象,分析了桥箱内热源的发热机理,给出了各热源产热量及后驱动桥产热量的计算方法;对一个铲装循环作业周期内后驱动桥的产热量进行计算,并对其热量分布进行分析,为如何改善后驱动桥散热状况提供依据。Drive train is an important composition in construction machinery. Its heat losses influence not only the system lubrication and cooling but also work strength of the structural elements greatly. Drive axle is an essential part for a loader and responsible for the power output. As main composition in drive train of a wheel loader chassis, its performance directly influences the basic machine's performance. During digging and loading operation of a loader, every drive part in rear axle is in cycled operation and bears high work strength, especially the wet brake engages frequently so large volume of heat is generated. If the heat is accumulated in the axle casing and can't dissipate in time, overheat of the casing and damage of the inner components will occur. It is necessary to completely investigate heat generation situation in drive axle during one work cycle in order to solve the heat work condition satisfactorily. Aiming at the scorching casing during the operation of rear wet type axle on ZL80 wheel loader, heat emitting mechanisms of the heat sources are analyzed and calculation methods for the heat generation amount of each heat source and complete rear dive axle are presented. Heat generation of rear drive axle in one digging and loading cycle is calculated and its heat distribution is analyzed, which provide a basis for the improvement of rear drive axle heat dissipation.
