摘 要:目的探讨光敏剂对激光治疗肿瘤的增敏作用。方法采用细胞动力学方法探讨4种光敏剂对激光杀伤、抑制肿瘤细胞的增敏作用的异同。结果4种光敏剂对激光杀伤、抑制肿瘤细胞均有增敏作用,叶绿素、019、酞青酯和HPD的增敏效果依次增强。结论光敏剂有助于提高激光对肿瘤的杀伤、抑制作用,为提高激光治疗肿瘤效果提供参考。Objective To explore the effect of photosensitizers on increasing the photosensitivity of tumors treated by laser. Methods Cell dynamics was used to determine the different effects of the four kinds of photosensitizers on tumor cells. Results All four photosensitizers were effective in increasing the photosensitivity and the effects of Chlorophyll, 019, Phthalocyanine Ester and PHD were in an ascending order. Conclusion Photosensitizers are useful in enhancing the use of lasers in killing and inhibiting tumor cells and may serve as references for treatment of tumors by lasers.
