摘 要:目的探讨金沉积基底烤瓷冠与镍铬合金烤瓷冠金瓷界面结合强度的差别,为临床选择修复材料提供理论依据.方法制作金沉积基底烤瓷冠与镍铬合金烤瓷冠棒盘试件各10件,通过剪切实验测量金瓷界面结合强度.结果金沉积基底烤瓷冠金瓷界面结合强度(65.06±15.16)MPa,镍铬合金烤瓷冠金瓷界面结合强度(44.76±8.74)MPa(P<0.01).结论金沉积基底烤瓷冠与镍铬合金烤瓷冠金瓷界面结合强度差异具有显著性,金沉积基底烤瓷冠生物相容性好,具有较高的金瓷界面结合强度,具有良好的临床修复效果.Objective To investigate the difference of bonding strength of the interracial area between auro-galvano-form ceramic crown and Ni-Cr based porcelain-fused-metal (PFM) crown, to provide the theoretical base of choosing restoring materials in clinic. Methods 30 pull-rod samples were made from auro-galvano-form ceramic crown and Ni-Cr based porcelain-fused-metal crown, 15 for each type, shear tests were performed to survey the bonding strength of metal-porcelain interracial. Results The bonding strength (MPa) of auro-galvano-form ceramic crown was (65.06 ± 15.16) MPa and the other group was (44.76 ± 8.74), t = 7.2, P 〈 0.001. Conclusion Auro-galvano-form ceramic crown has the better biocompatibility and higher bonding strength of metal-porcelain interracial and more favourable prosthetic effectiveness in clinic
