摘  要:目的:测定自由式摔跤运动员上、下肢等速力量和血中肌肉生长抑素含量。方法:以血乳酸为监控标准。结果:减体重运动员实验后体重下降显著。减体重组运动员60°/s肘关节伸峰力矩显著低于对照组,60°/s肘关节屈伸比实验后则显著升高。减体重组运动员实验后180°/s肘关节伸峰力矩明显低于对照组,实验后180°/s肘关节屈相对峰力矩比实验前显著升高。减体重组运动员60°/s膝关节伸峰力矩显著低于对照组,180°/s膝关节屈峰力矩显著低于对照组,180°/s膝关节伸峰力矩比对照组低,180°/s膝关节屈相对峰力矩也比对照组低。运动员减体重后肌肉生长抑素有升高趋势;实验后对照组该激素与体重和去脂体重之间具有显著负相关。减体重组运动员实验后该激素与体重和体重指数之间有明显负相关。对照组运动员实验后肌肉生长抑素与60°/s和180°/s肘伸相对峰力矩有显著相关。减体重组实验后肌肉生长抑素与60°/s和180°/s肘伸相对峰力矩有显著相关。结论:自由式摔跤运动员限制饮食进行训练时肘、膝关节快慢速屈伸峰力矩与肌肉生长抑素水平之间具有相关性,对机能评定具有实践意义。The purpose of this study was to explore the possible relations of isometric strength and plasma myostatin concentration of free style wrestlers during two-week weight loss trials. After trails, the weight decreases significantly for weight loss wrestlers. The result showed that after weight loss trial, compared with control group, there were significant reductions of exten sion peak torque in elbow at 60°/s and 180°/s of weight loss group, and significant elevations in elbow relative flexion peak torque at 60°/s and 180°/s of weight loss group. The knee extension peak torque of weight loss group reduced significantly at 60°/s, while the flexion peak torque reduced at 180°/s, relative extension peak torque at 180°/s and relative flexion peak torque at 180°/s, respectively. In conclusion, after weight loss trials, there were no significant alterations in GDF-8 concentration,and there was a trend of relation between GDF-8 concentration and slow and fast elbow relative peak torques.
