摘　　要：医学生的临床实践培养涉及诸多复杂利益,现有法律规制明显不足,实践中也存在一定违法现象,应强化对医学生临床实践活动的法律规制。立法应坚持各主体间权利、义务和责任均衡的原则、公平限制和知情同意原则以及多元化、分层次规制等原则。The elinieal practice of medical students relates to many complicated interests. There exist insuffcienev and irregularity in present law, so perfecting the law in medicine students＇ clinical praetice is necessary. The lawmaking should insist on the balance in every main body＇s right, obligation and responsibility, justice in restriction, acknowledgement and agreement and the principle of multi-factors and level partition.
