海生素注射液治疗多种晚期恶性肿瘤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察海生素注射液治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的有效性和安全性。方法经病理组织学或细胞学检查确诊的Ⅲ、Ⅳ期恶性肿瘤患者128例。将海生素注射液8ml加入生理盐水100ml静脉滴注,连续20d,间歇10d重复。每30d为1周期。按照RECIST标准评价近期疗效,参照Karnof-sky评分(KPS)标准评价生活质量(QOL),按照NCICTC 3.0版标准评价毒性反应。用药1周期即可评价毒性,2周期后方可评价疗效。结果全组128例患者中,有127例患者可以评价客观疗效。总共完成的周期数为295个周期,平均2.3个/例。127例可评价病例中,获得PR20例,SD 69例,PD 38例,即客观有效率(RR)为15.7%(20/127),疾病控制率(DCR)为70.1%(89/127);而生活质量改善者有47例(37.0%),稳定者54例(42.5%),仅26例(20.5%)下降。127例可评价病例中仅2例出现轻微皮疹,3例出现低热。结论海生素注射液可以改善和稳定多种晚期恶性肿瘤患者的生活质量,其毒性低,安全性好,值得临床上应用推广和进一步深入观察。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Haishengsu Injection on multiple kinds of advanced malignancies. Methods Haishengsu Injection was administrated in 128 cases of malignant tumors, which were stage Ⅲ or Ⅳ confirmed by histopathology or cytopathology. There was 8ml Haishengsu Injection solved in 100ml of saline, and was intravenously dropped from day 1 to day 20, repeated 10 days later. The regimen was repeated every 30 days. The eficacy was evaluated after 2 cycles according to RECIST criteria, and quality of life（QOL） was evaluated according to Karnofsky scores. The safety was evaluated after 1 cycle according to NCI CTC3.0 version criteria. Results Totally 127 cases were evaluated for efficacy. And 295 cycles were completed and mean cycle was 2.3. Among 127 cases, there were 20 cases achieved PR,69 cases of SD, and 38 cases of PD. The objective response rate （RR） was 15.7% （20/127） and disease control rate （DCR）was 70.1% （89/127）. The quality of life （QOL）were improved in 47 cases （37.0%） , stabled in 54 cases （42.5%） and decreased in 26 cases（20.5% ）. There were 2 cases complicated measles and 3 cases had fever. Conclusion It proved that Haishengsu Injection could improve the QOL of late stage of malignant tumor. It was worthy of clinical generalization and further application.
