食管癌手术中经食管床食管胃颈部机械吻合的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨对食管癌切除胃代食管经食管床颈部机械吻合手术的应用价值。方法回顾分析采用此术式治疗的115例食管癌患者,对该术式的优点进行总结。结果食管癌根治性手术切除115例,两切端无食管癌残留,也无术后出现严重并发症导致患者围手术期死亡病例,吻合口瘘发生率为4.3%。结论该术式治疗食管癌根治性强,手术操作方便,吻合口瘘的发生率较低。Objective To sume arize and analyse the clinical value of esophagus-stomach transition through the original esophagus bed and the left neck for treating patients with esophageal cancer. Methods To review 115 cases who were operated form March 2003 to March 2007 in our hospital and summarize the advantages and some problams which schould be paid attention to. Results Esophageal cancer was exeised in 115 patients. No cancer ceils were found in two terminations of incision, and no patient died. The overall incidence of ceakage was 4.3% （5/115）. Conclusion This operative procedure is more curative. The risk is fewer and the overall incrdence of ceakage is lower.
