摘　　要：目的了解农村原发性开角型青光眼流行病学状况。方法以菏泽一个农村1166人为对象,调查原发性开角型青光眼发病率。项目包括:调查问卷、视力、裂隙灯检查、非接触眼压计测定、眼底、视野。结果应答率为86.05%,原发性开角型青光眼发病率为1.29%。结论研究原发性开角型青光眼流行病学是防盲的重要课题,应当加强宣传原发性开角型青光眼防治知识,做到早期诊断和治疗。Objective To understand the epidemiology of primary open angle glaucoma in rural population in Heze. Methods Interviewed 1166 people of one village in Heze, and investigated the prevalence of primary open angle glaucomaThe items included questionnaire, visual acuity, slip lamp microscopy, non contact tonometer, eyeground, visual fields. Results The response rate was 86. 05 %, and the prevalence of primary open angle glaucoma was 1.29 %. Conclusions To study the epidemiology of primary open angle glaucoma is an important assignment for the prevention of blindness. We should made great efforts to publicize the knowledge of the prevention and treatment of primary open angle glaucoma, and make the early diagnosis and accept the treatment as soon as possible.
