摘　　要：鲁西北平原农村土地经营体制是伴随着20世纪80年代中国农村所进行的史无前例的经济体制改革而形成的,它促进了当时农村生产力的发展,符合20世纪末广大农民的要求。随着科技的发展和农村生产力水平的提高,它本身的局限性日渐显露出来。大户规模化经营、农地股份合作制、集体合作社等土地适度规模经营方式,是鲁西北平原农村土地承包经营体制的发展趋势。Accompained by the unprecedented reform of economic system in rural area in 1980＇, the land management system in plains area of northwest in Shandong was seen reformed. The reform here promoted the development of productivity in rural area,meet the request of majority of farmers at that time. With the progress of technology and the improving of productivity in rural area,its limitation increasingly exposed. The following management pattern such as large household management, land joint share system and collective cooperative will be the development trends of household contract management system in plains area of northwest in Shandong.
