摘  要:设计了公交车用电磁耦合双电机(发电机+电动机)混合动力方案,以期在保证功能的同时解决现有方案造价过高的问题。提出了一种基于电磁耦合系统效率最优化的新的发动机运行点控制策略(NECS),以期提高发动机的燃油经济性。利用在 Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow 环境下构建的电磁耦合混合动力公交车仿真模型,以上海公交车循环工况作为仿真工况,对 NECS 进行了仿真验证。结果表明,与传统策略相比,该策略的燃油经济性提高了5.6%。An electromagnetic coupling dual electric machine (generator + motor) applied in hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) is investigated, which is unique in the sense that no such complex mechanical components are needed, but still the advantages of the power-split HEV are exploited. A novel engine control strategy (NECS) is developed as the basis for the maximal efficiency of the electromagnetic coupling system in order to improve fuel economy. A simulation model of the electromagnetic coupling hybrid electric bus, which has been implemented in Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow, is adopted to assess and verify the performance of the NECS. Results indicate that fuel economy is improved by 5.6 % compared with the conventional control strategy over the driving-cycle of Shanghai bus.
