基于区际比较的区域人力资本发展分析——以河北、山东为例

摘　　要：对区际差异的具体多方位比较,可以深入挖掘有意义信息,得出较为可靠的结论。本文以河北、山东为例,考察了两省的经济差异,并具体分析了人力资本水平、投入与产出差异,从中得出了一定经济差距下人力资本的特征差异,并在理论分析的基础上提出了提升区域人力资本的建议及措施。By means of concrete comparison of inter - region differences in various aspects, we can mine meaning messages in depth, and draw relatively dependable conclusions. We has investigated economic differences between Hebei and Shandong, analyze differences of human capital level, input and output concretely, we can reach human capital Characteristic diversity under certain economic gaps. And sugges- tions to promote regional human capital have been advanced on the basis of theory analysis.
