高技术虚拟企业的风险管理探略

摘　　要：发展高技术产业是提高中国经济综合实力和企业国际竞争力的必然选择,而成功组建与运行以核心能力为基础、以资源整合优化为途径的高技术虚拟企业则是实现中国高技术产业迅速崛起的必由之路。本文在分析高技术虚拟企业特点的基础上,查找以往虚拟企业风险管理的不足,并结合高技术特点,借助风险管理理论,提出了管理高技术虚拟企业风险的对策建议,为高技术虚拟企业的实际运作提供决策支持。Developing hi -tech industry is a necessary choice to raise comprehensive strength and interna- tional competition of China＇s economy. Setting up enterprises made up through hi -tech with core competence as their basis and resources as their approaches is the necessary road China takes in the rising of hi - tech industry. This paper explores the faults of the past enterprises in risk management, uses theory of risk management and thus gives the decision - making for the practical operation of hi - tech industry.
