疏肝补肾法治疗更年期妇女抑郁症42例

摘　　要：目的:探讨疏肝补肾法自拟经验方治疗轻,中度更年期抑郁症妇女的抑郁情绪及睡眠障碍的疗效。方法:选择更年期轻、中度抑郁患者,以疏肝补肾为法组方治疗2个月,治疗前后采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)进行评价,并检测血清FSH、LH、E2浓度。结果:治疗42例,痊愈12例,显著进步18例,进步7例,无效5例。治疗后PSQI评分显著下降,尤其延长睡眠时间,减轻了对催眠药物的依赖;血清E2显著上升。结论:疏肝补肾法可以改善更年期妇女的卵巢功能状态,提高雌激素水平,从而改善抑郁症状,并提高睡眠质量。Objective：To study the efficaey of smoothing liver and reinforcing kidney recipe in the treatment of slight or midrange depression and sleep disturbance in climacteric women. Methods：Treating the patients with smoothing liver and reinforcing kidney recipe. The Hamilton rating scale for depression（HAMD） and Pittsburgh sleep quality index（PSQI） scoring, levels of serum estradiol （E2）, follicle stimulating hormone （FSH）, luteinizing hormone （LH） were determined before and after two-month treatment. Results：In 42 climacteric women who accomplished the valuation, 12 cases were cured, 18 cases were significant progress,7cases were better,5 were of no effect. After treatrnent,PSQI scoring was significantly decreased, sleep time was prolonged, the rely on hypnotic was relieved and the level of serum estradiol （E2） was significantly increased. Conclusion：Smoothing liver and reinforcing kidney method is effective in improving the function of ovaries,the level of estrogen,symptoms of depression and sleep disturbance in climacteric women.
