牙冠延长术桩核冠修复上前牙内倾的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨牙冠延长术与桩核冠联合修复上前牙内倾的临床疗效。方法对20例78颗上前牙内倾、龈线低、露龈笑要求改善美观的患者采用牙冠延长术与桩核冠修复,通过2年的临床观察,比较患牙术前术后的菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数、牙周探诊深度、牙松动度。结果患牙术后的菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数、牙周探诊深度、牙松动度均优于术前(P<0.05)。结论牙冠延长术与桩核冠联合修复上前牙内倾近期效果良好。with caryopivot Objective To investigate the clinical results of crown lengthening combined crown restoration in treating maxillary anterior teeth introversion. Methods Because of maxillary anterior teeth introversion,gingival line low,or gummy smile, 78 teeth in 20 patients who wanted to improve gingival aesthetics were performed with crown lengthening combined with caryopivot crown restoration. Through two years observation, compared the changes of the plaque index, sulcus bleeding index, probing depth and mobility between preoperation and postoperation. Results Plaque index, sulcus bleeding index, probing depth and mobility of the teeth after operation were all better than preoperation significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effects of crown lengthening combined with caryopivot crown restoration on treating maxillary anterior teeth introversion are very good in the near future.
