摘  要:本文论述了燃煤固硫技术及发展概况,分析了普通钙基固硫剂在高温下固硫率低的原因,探讨了各种添加剂对钙基固硫剂脱硫效率的影响。结果表明普通钙基固硫剂在高温下固硫率低的原因主要是Ca0的高温烧结失活和固硫产物的高温分解,而添加剂的加入可以较好地解决此问题。因此添加剂对提高高温固硫效果至关重要。This paper expatiates the sulfur immobilization technology in coal and the brief account of its development. It analyzes the reason for low immobilization rate of common Ca-base sulfur immobilizer at high temperature, and it also discusses the influence of several kinds of additives on the desulfurization efficiency of Ca-based sulfur immobilizer. The results indicate that the reason for the low immobilization rate of common Ca-based sulfur immobilizer at high temperature is mainly the sintering inactivation of CaO at high temperature and the pyrolysis of sulfur immobilization product. The addition of additive can solve this problem better. Therefore, the additive is of great importance for increasing the effect of sulfur immobilization at high temperature.
