摘　　要：演化经济学在探讨组织跨国经营中与环境的演化关系上有所启示,根据文献回顾,利用在香港上市的多家中资企业进行跨案例研究,提出3企业国际化进程中风险识别的演进过程,这个过程是在国际环境变化、企业国际化地理范围和经营模式的演进过程中出现的,提出了企业国际化中新的政治性风险边缘化风险,说明了这种新风险的规避措施。The evolved economic has enlightenment in the discussion organization transnational operations with in the environmental evolving relations, and in theories literature review foundation, uses many Chinese - invested enterprises which go on the market in Hong Kong to conduct the cross - case study, proposed that in the enterprise internationalization advancement the risk recognition＇ s evolution process, this evolution process is appears in the international environment twinkling change, the enterprise internationalization geographical scope and in the business model evolution process, and proposes in the enterprise internationalization new political risk the marginalization risk.
