摘 要:采用半干法制备了柠檬酸-β-环糊精(CA-β-CD)的衍生物,探讨了制备过程中各因素对柠檬酸-β-环糊精衍生物中羧基含量的影响,确定了最佳合成工艺:n[次亚磷酸钠(SHP)]∶n(柠檬酸)∶n(β-环糊精)=1∶2∶1,反应前固液比为1∶0.6,100℃下反应1h.将柠檬酸-β-环糊精衍生物和柠檬酸/β-环糊精混合体系整理棉织物的效果进行比较,发现经柠檬酸-β-环糊精整理后织物的增重率、白度和断裂强力较高.Citric acid-β-cyclodextrin (CA-β-CD) derivative was prepared using a semidry reaction method. The effects of different factors during the preparation on the carboxyl content of CA-β-CD were discussed and the optimal synthesize process was obtained: the tool ratio of catalyst NaH2PO2 (SHP), citric acid and β-cyclodextrin was 1:2:1, material to liquor ratio was 1:0.6, and the reaction was carried out under 100 ℃ for 1 h. The finishing effects of the cotton fabric were compared, the results showed that the weighting percentage, whiteness and breaking strength of the CA-β-CD derivative grafted fabric were higher than that of the citric acid mixed with β-cyclodextrin system.
