摘　　要：Dysadherin是位于细胞膜的一种糖蛋白,能够促进癌症细胞的转移,属于FXYD(FXYD do-main containing ion transport regulator)家族成员。它主要表达于包括胰腺癌在内的各种不同类型的肿瘤细胞,仅在少数几种正常人体细胞表达。近年研究发现,dysadherin可能在胰腺癌细胞的入侵及转移发面发挥重要作用。本综述旨在阐述dysadherin蛋白的作用机制及其与胰腺癌的关系,并为胰腺癌的诊断及治疗提供新方向。Dysadherin is a kind of glucoprotein on the cell membrane promoting the metastasis of cancer cells. It belongs to the members of FXYD, and mainly expressed on tumor cells with different tyle including pancreatic cancer. Few can express in the normal cells. Recent data showed that dysadherin can play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of pancreatic tumor cells. This article reviews the mechanism of action of dysadherin and its relationship with pancreatic cancer in order to provide new idea for the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer.
