摘　　要：肥胖是一种由食欲和能量调节紊乱引起的疾病,与基因、环境、膳食结构等多种因素有关,但具体发病机制不清楚。本文综合近年来的研究进展,从机体的遗传、营养、高胰岛素血症、棕色脂肪功能异常、病毒感染等多方面影响因素探求肥胖症的成因,以便更好地指导肥胖症的治疗。Obesity is one kind disease that chaos arouses from appetite and the energy, connected with various factors such as gene, environment, diet structure, but morbidity mechanism is not clear. The main body of a book is synthesized in recent years research progresses, main inheritance, nutrition, high insulin blood disease, brown fat function abnormal, virus-infected from airframe seek the obesity cause of formation ,for the purpose of easier to guide obesity treating.
