摘 要:使用硝酸消化法制备了食用醉螺可食用部分和不可食用部分的待测溶液,用原子吸收法测定了这两部分中的Cu、Pb、Cr三种微量元素的含量。测试表明:可食用部分中Cu的含量未超标、Cr、Pb含量稍有超标,而不可食用部分中的Cu、Cr、Pb含量均未超标。其加标回收率在97%~102%之间,线性相关系数大于0.99。可为研究营养学和关心营养的人们提供参考依据,同时为科学化、绿色化、可持续化开发利用滩涂泥螺资源提供理论依据和合理对策。The sample solutions about the edible and inedible parts of Bullacta Exarata were prepared after the treatment of nitric acid digestion. Copper, lead and chromium in the solutions were detected by the method of atomic absorption spectrophtometry. The results indicated that the concentration of copper in the edible parts of Bullacta Exarata is still in the range of control, while the concentration of chromium and lead exceeds the standard slightly. And the contents of the three kinds of trace elements in the inedible part of Bullacta Exarata are all in the range of control. The recovery of standard addition of the detection method is 97%-102% with the linear correlation coefficient more than 0.99. The data of the detection provide a reference for nutritional studies and the scientific, sustainable and green exploitation strategy of the Bullacta Exarata source on the tidal flat.
