摘　　要：阐述了素质教育的内涵,论述了利用高校图书馆对大学生进行素质教育的必要性,分析了利用高校图书馆开展素质教育的可行性,指出高校图书馆开展素质教育的途径。This paper expounds the connotations of the quality education, discusses the necessity of developing the quality education for university students by university library, analyzes the feasibility of developing the quality education by university library, and puts forward.
