摘　　要：阐述了会展经济的概念及其重要性,分析了山西会展业目前存在的问题,提出软硬件建设方面应采取的具体措施。This paper expounds the eoncept and importance of the exhibition economy, analyzes the problems existing in current exhibitiou industry in Shanxi Province, and advances some concrete masseurs that should be adopted in the construction of software anti hardware.
