黄芪联合大黄蜇虫丸治疗酒精性肝纤维化的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察黄芪联合大黄蜇虫丸对酒精性肝纤维化的治疗效果。方法将50例酒精性肝纤维化患者随机分为对照组和联合治疗组,观察治疗前、后肝纤维化指标(HA、LN、PC-Ⅲ、Ⅳ-C)、肝功能的变化。结果治疗后两组各项指标均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪联合大黄蜇虫丸具有显著的抗酒精性肝纤维化的作用且无严重不良反应。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of the huangqi combined with dahuang zhechongwau in treating patients with hepatic fibrosis induced by alcohol. Methods 50 patients were enrolled and randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The marker of hepatic fibrosis（ HA, LN, PC-Ⅲ, Ⅳ-C ）, the liver function were determined before and after therapy. Results The markers in the both group were significantly improved than those before treatment,respectively（ P 〈 O. 05 ）, and the descent range of the treatment group was superior to the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The huang qi combined with dahuang zhechongwan can markedlly heighten the effects in treatment of patients with hepatic fibrosis induced by alcohol without severe side effect.
