摘　　要：科学规划未来的职业发展,是新形势下大学生面临的紧迫任务和必然选择,也是大学生正确认识自我、理性应对就业压力和及时弥补教育缺失的现实需要。正确把握职业生涯规划的内涵是做好自我规划的前提和基础。大学生科学规划职业生涯,应该树立崭新的思维理念,把握具体的规划要素,遵循科学的规划原则,施行有效的生涯管理。It is an urgent task and necessary choice, in the new situation, for college students to scientifically make plans for their professions in the future. It is also the demand that they should recognize themselves correctly, counter employment pressure with reason, and make up for their lack in education in time. To make a good selfplan, it is premise and foundation for college students to grasp the soul of professional plan. To make a scientific professional plan, college students should form new ideas in thought, grasp the concrete planning elements, follow scientific principles for their plans, and carry out effective management to their professional life.
