摘　　要：随着科学技术的发展,集成电路已经应用到人们生活的各个领域.由于半导体集成电路工艺水平的不断发展,电路的集成度不断提高.在过去的40年里,集成电路技术已经从生产只包含少量元器件的简单芯片发展到了规模巨大、功能十分复杂的系统芯片.利用计算机软件进行辅助设计会大大减少集成电路设计时间,降低设计成本,提高成品率.With develop ment of science and technology, IC has been applied to all domain of people＇s live. With develop of the IC Technology, the integration level of the Circuit has improved constantly. During the last 40 years, IC technology has developed from several devices to the sweeping system chips which own complicated function. The using of EDA can reduce the design period, design cost and increase the rate of final products.
