摘  要:目的探讨大鼠脑底动脉降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)能神经纤维在蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)诱发脑血管痉挛中的分布及其作用。方法Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、SAH组(5 d,14 d)。SAH组大鼠取股动脉自体血注入蛛网膜下腔,应用免疫组织化学ABC法,对正常组、SAH组大鼠脑底动脉CGRP能神经纤维变化进行观察。结果正常组大鼠脑底动脉可见棕褐色、细线状CGRP能免疫反应阳性纤维;SAH 5 d组大鼠脑底动脉与正常组比较CGRP能神经纤维密度明显减少(P<0.05);SAH 14 d组大鼠脑底动脉与正常组比较CGRP能神经纤维密度无明显变化。结论脑底动脉CGRP能神经纤维在蛛网膜下腔出血诱发脑血管痉挛的病理生理过程中可能发挥重要的作用。Objective To explore the innervation of calcitonin gene-lated peptide (CGRP) nerve fiberss and its effect in rats during cerebral vasospasm induced by subarachnoid hemorrahage(SAH). Methods 42 Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups:normal (negative control),5 d SAH,and 14 d SAH group. For SAH groups,SAH was induced by immediate injection into the subarachoid of autologous arterial blood,which was freshly gotten from femoral artery. SAH let last 5 days for 5 d group,while 14 days for 14 d group. The density of CGRP nerve fibers on cerebral artery of normal group and SAH groups were measured respectively with immunohistochemical ABC method. Results The CGRP immunoreactive positive fibers,which were brown linear structures,were observed on cerebral artery. Of 5 d group, the density of CGRP nerve fibers on cerebral artery was significantly lower than that of normal group(P〈0. 05) ,while there was no significant difference in density between 14 d group and normal group. Concision The density of CGRP nerve fibers on cerebral artery of 5 d group after SAH was lower than that of normal group while that Of 14 d group was returning to the normal group. These results indicate that CGRP nerve fibers on cerebral artery may play an important role in pathophysiologieal process of SAH-induced cerebral vasospasm.
